Seeking someone for making dropzone_ruby use Bitcoin Core (RPC) in Ruby or Phyton 3.4+

Hello.
One XBTFreelance client is seeking for  someone for making dropzone_ruby use Bitcoin Core (RPC) in Ruby or Phyton 3.4+.

These are customer comments:

1. dropzone_ruby is a Ruby CLI utility that uses Web API's to interface with the bitcoin blockchain.
There's a handful of commands only.

2. This project aims to allow dropzone_ruby to use Bitcoin Core RPC instead of Web API

3. Details
a) Add config file (e.g. api=web|core) so that user can configure his preference
b) Modify all dropzone_ruby commands to be able to work with Bitcoin Core (RPC server)
c) Submit a PR to repo owner.

4. Language
- Ruby
- If you are faster with Python 3, you can rewrite in Python 3.4+

5. Patch/pull request is to be licensed under the MIT (preferred) or LGPL license

You can see the original project at its link. (XBTFreelance_Dropzone_Ruby)
